I'm currently working on the 100 pushup challenge and the 200 squat challenge. I try to swim or do some cardio and weights at the gym 3-4 times a week.

Trying to Feel Infinite
I get sick pretty often. I guess I have a weak immune system.
It’s actually connected to my psoriasis in a weird way (psoriasis in an immune system issue, commonly brought out by upper respiratory issues, which I have. I have asthma and I’ve had croup).
My chest is in pain and I’m wheezing today. I’m thinking it’s just asthma settling in with the change in weather. This past week it dropped from 40-50 degrees to about 20-30, which triggers my asthma.
So I’m not heading to the gym today because breathing is already a chore and I’d rather not put myself at risk for an asthma attack.
