I'm currently working on the 100 pushup challenge and the 200 squat challenge. I try to swim or do some cardio and weights at the gym 3-4 times a week.
I am not a pro-ana or thinspo blog and I do not support that lifestyle.

Trying to Feel Infinite
The website suggests doing the same week over and over again until it’s not as difficult.
I don’t look at this as a failure. I look at this as an opportunity to really work out and get my muscles to where they need to be before moving on.
I’d rather take my time and succeed than rush it and move on and not do well.
SO.
Monday: 4, 6, 4, 4, at least 6
Wednesday: 5, 6, 4, 4, at least 7
Friday: 5, 7, 5, 5, at least 8
