I typically post about what I'm eating, what workouts I'm doing, and inspirational fitness stuff.
I'm currently working on the 100 pushup challenge and the 200 squat challenge. I try to swim or do some cardio and weights at the gym 3-4 times a week.
I am not a pro-ana or thinspo blog and I do not support that lifestyle.
I'm a weight loss/fitness blog. I'm losing weight and getting fit the healthy way.
I won't follow back if your blog involves unhealthy lifestyles.
Here's my journey to healthy weight loss.
Trying to Feel Infinite
I have a break every day from 2:30-3:45 and that’ll be my assigned lunch/whatever time. That way my tummy will be on a nice schedule and expecting lots of food then.
I think one of the main issues I had last semester was I didn’t have a set time for eating since I take so many damn classes and I didn’t consistently have time off.
I absolutely hate that 3 days a week I’ll be on campus for lunch and dinner.
I’ve figured out what to bring to campus for lunch (I’m a commuter). I’m gonna bring sandwiches, rice and beans, burritos, mac & cheese, salads, etc. But it’s the snacks I struggle with. I usually try to bring rice cakes, fruit, granola bars, etc. but otherwise I don’t really know what is okay to snack on.
Monday I need to bring breakfast and lunch.
Tuesday I need to bring breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Wednesday I need to bring breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Thursday I need to bring lunch and dinner.
Friday I need to bring lunch.
I refuse to stop at Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks and get a coffee and a pastry for breakfast.
I refuse to stop at Taco Bell or McDonalds for lunch or dinner.
I love school but I hate how eating gets complicated because of it.
