I drank my eight 8 oz cups of water.
I went to the gym! I did 45 minutes on the bike (252 calories). Then I did 30 push ups for the 100 push up challenge. Then I did 20 assisted pull ups and 10 assisted dips with 80 pounds of weight. My arms are killing me but it was so damn worth it.
