I'm currently working on the 100 pushup challenge and the 200 squat challenge. I try to swim or do some cardio and weights at the gym 3-4 times a week.
I am not a pro-ana or thinspo blog and I do not support that lifestyle.
I'm a weight loss/fitness blog. I'm losing weight and getting fit the healthy way.

Trying to Feel Infinite
I can’t tell if it’s from sleeping on my back weird, from being sick (yayyy sinus infection! i hate how often I’m sick…), or from all that swimming yesterday.
Probably a combination of the 3.
My arms are sore, but they’re always sore from all my push ups.
I hope swimming will help get me into shape. I enjoy swimming, I’m just not good at it. I’m weak and have no stamina. Everyone in my lifeguard class was so fit and so fast with swimming! I didn’t even know how to do the breaststroke so my professor had to pull me to the side and teach me.
But considering how much my muscles ache, I guess swimming will help.
I’ll be swimming every Monday during class, then either Thursday or Friday morning (whenever I’m less busy).
