I typically post about what I'm eating, what workouts I'm doing, and inspirational fitness stuff.
I'm currently working on the 100 pushup challenge and the 200 squat challenge. I try to swim or do some cardio and weights at the gym 3-4 times a week.
I am not a pro-ana or thinspo blog and I do not support that lifestyle.
I'm a weight loss/fitness blog. I'm losing weight and getting fit the healthy way.
